pi — Liefert den Wert von Pi

float pi ( void )

Die Funktion liefert einen Näherungswert von Pi. Die Anzahl der signifikanten Nachkommastellen wird durch die php.ini-Direktive precision festgelegt, der Vorgabewert beträgt 14 Stellen. Sie können auch die Konstante M_PI benutzen, die das gleiche Resultat liefert wie die pi().

Der Wert von Pi als float.

For anyone wondering, the highest precision you can get for pi() or M_PI is 20 places after the decimal point, or 3.14159265358979323846.
